In order to use the integral drill correctly and ensure its normal service life, the following points must be noted: 1. Choose the overall drill according to the rock condition: the rock is hard, has strong abrasion resistance, and is easy to get stuck. Cross shaped or ball toothed drill can be selected; If the rock is soft and not stuck, you can choose a straight line shape; 2. When opening the hole, it should be stable and the air volume should be lowered. After the footage is 150mm, the normal air volume should work. Otherwise, it is easy to cause excessive local load on the hard alloy at the head, leading to damage; 3. When the drilling depth is ≥ 2000mm, sleeve drilling operation is adopted, with short drilling holes and long drilling holes continuing to extend the drilling to improve the overall service life of the drill; 4. When a platform with a width of ≥ 3mm appears on the edge of the sheet shaped alloy, stop grinding in a timely manner; When the ball gear alloy is severely worn, it should be stopped for grinding; When there is an inverted cone on the head, grinding should be stopped to eliminate the inverted cone, otherwise, the alloy will be severely worn and even the drill bit will be stuck; 5. Adjust the working wind pressure according to the rock conditions, with normal rotation, fast footage, non bending of the drill rod, and normal powder discharge as the standards; 6. When there is an early failure, please notify our company in writing in a timely manner. The notice mainly includes: 1) The model of the rock drill used and the actual working wind pressure; 2) The type and hardness of rocks, construction location (open air, underground, other), drilling depth; 3) Planned service life; Zhongmei Rock Drilling Materials Co., Ltd 4) Average normal service life; 5) Average service life of other manufacturers; 6) Early failure statistics: A. Failure location, lifespan, quantity; B. Wear condition of hard alloy (residual height).
