Recently, a team of six, led by Sun Jianmei and Yang Chun from the audit team of China Certification & Inspection Group Guizhou Co., Ltd., conducted the annual supervision and audit of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system for Guizhou Iron & Steel Company. The company successfully completed the audit process. During the audit process, the audit expert team was divided into six groups, which conducted rigorous audits of Guigang Steel's document management process, risk and opportunity assessment and determination process, equipment maintenance, and calibration and outsourcing services for measuring equipment through document review, on-site audit, and interviews at nine departments including the Technology Center, Manufacturing Department, and Steel-making Business Department. At the final meeting, the audit team experts expressed satisfaction with the active cooperation of the on-site staff during the audit, and affirmed the overall quality control capabilities of Guigang Steel. They noted improvements in the employees' mental outlook, strengthened system management through previous audits of the IATF16949 and ISO/TS 22163 quality management systems, and the formation of standardized process document control. At the same time, the audit team experts provided suggestions and opinions on quality risk control identification and product quality control capabilities. Guizhou Steel Company will proactively take responsibility, break down and implement tasks, and ensure the uncompromising implementation of problem rectification. At the same time, all departments of the company are required to attach great importance to the issues and valuable suggestions raised by the audit team, actively rectify them, and provide timely feedback to the China Inspection and Certification Audit Team. Taking problem rectification and quality improvement as the breakthrough and main focus of the company's quality management system construction, we will systematically analyze, grasp the key points, overcome difficulties, make solid progress, establish a long-term mechanism, and continuously optimize the quality management system in accordance with the PDCA cycle concept.
